Delete your Cookie Crumble account

You can permanently delete your account directly in the app. Open Multiplayer, sign in, open your profile, choose Delete Account and confirm the warning.

What is deleted

Your account, cloud save, friends, leaderboard score and multiplayer match records associated with the account are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

What may remain

Security logs are removed according to the short retention periods described in the Privacy Policy. Legally required purchase and accounting records may remain with Apple, Google or the provider for the applicable statutory period. Local data remains on your device until you remove the app or its data.

Cannot access the app?

Email info@heggie-dev.com from the address used for your Cookie Crumble account. We may ask for limited verification before deletion to protect the account.
