This policy applies to the Cookie Crumble mobile game, its online services and this website. Optional analytics and personalized advertising remain off until you actively consent.

3. Recipients and international transfers
Game services are hosted with IONOS SE in Germany. Login emails are sent through the hosting environment. Apple and Google process purchases. Advertising is provided through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies and ironSource group services) and enabled mediation partners such as Unity Ads. These providers may process data outside the EEA using applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
4. Your choices
The free version contains advertising. Personalized ads and optional analytics can be accepted or rejected and changed at any time under Settings → Privacy & Terms. If personalization is rejected, the app requests contextual or restricted ads. On iOS, Apple provides a separate system choice for cross-app tracking. Buying the full version removes advertising. Deleting the app does not automatically delete an online account.
5. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Use the in-app account deletion control or contact info@heggie-dev.com. EU users may complain to a competent data protection authority.
6. Children
Cookie Crumble is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. Online accounts and optional tracking are not intended for children under 13. If we learn that personal data was collected from a child under 13 without valid parental authorization, we will delete it. Parents may contact us at the address above.
7. Website
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics by default. The hosting provider necessarily processes connection data such as IP address, request time, requested resource and user agent to deliver and secure the website. Server-log retention is governed by the configured hosting service.
