Terms of Use
These terms govern use of Cookie Crumble and its online services. The provider is Jakob Heckers, Am Kreuzberg 6a, 08064 Zwickau, Germany.
Eligibility and accounts
The service is intended for a general audience but not directed to children under 13. Users under the age required to enter contracts in their country need permission from a parent or guardian. You must provide an accessible email address and choose a player name that does not impersonate others, violate rights or contain unlawful or abusive content.
License
You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the game for private entertainment. You may not manipulate the game, scores, advertising, purchases, multiplayer data or security controls, or interfere with other users.
Purchases and advertising
The free version may show advertising. The optional full-version purchase removes advertising and enables the described catalog benefits. Purchases and refunds are processed by the applicable app store and its mandatory consumer rules. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Online services
Online features may require maintenance and an internet connection. We may remove unlawful player names, manipulated scores or accounts used for abuse. Material changes affecting paid functionality will be communicated appropriately.
Deletion and termination
You may delete your account inside the app. Deletion is permanent and removes the account, cloud save, friends, score and multiplayer records associated with it. Local app data and app-store purchase records are controlled separately by your device and store provider.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory product and consumer law. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable loss resulting from breach of an essential contractual duty.
Applicable law
German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Courts and dispute procedures are determined by mandatory applicable law.
